The FCCA Board of Directors is pleased to announce a special program led by Linda Plummer, long-time FCCA member and regular contributor/attendee of Coaches Café, at our April chapter meeting. Join us as we gain powerful insights into America’s “lookism” culture. This is valuable information not only for our clients, but also for ourselves.
The Ugly Truth
We like to think that in America, it's people's intelligence, accomplishments or character that matter. In this session, we'll see real life, hidden camera situations filmed by the 20/20 program, which confirm the persuasive power of good looks. Discover how people unconsciously treat others and make decisions about them on the basis of physical appearance. Then let’s discuss how this “lookism” relates to our work as coaches.
