 Join your FCCA Board and other local members for this open-ended and lively discussion of what it takes to launch (or continue to grow!) a successful coaching practice.  Planned topics include (but are not limited to): 

• Are you ready to start your own coaching practice?
• Identifying  your skill sets and the services you will offer
• What corporations and executives look for when hiring a coach
• Contracting and fee setting
• Turning initial assignments into long-term engagements
