Across cultures and centuries, a table has been more than just a place to eat. It’s where people gather to share stories, savor relationships, and make sense of life together. Around a table, bonds are seasoned, wisdom is exchanged, and nourishment takes more than one form.  That’s the spirit behind The Table—ICF North Florida’s new monthly mastermind for coaches.

In response to requests from coaches, this months we will facilitate a conversation about how coaches are using AI in their practices. Thank you to Dale Beaman for agreeing to help facilitate this conversation!

As coaches, we know the power of presence, listening, and authentic dialogue. Yet in the busyness of serving clients, it’s easy to forget that we, too, need spaces where we can slow down, reflect, and be nourished.

What Happens at The Table?

The eight ICF Core Competencies provide the foundation for every gathering.

A volunteer coach takes the honored place in the Chef’s Chair, bringing the “ingredients” for the day’s dialogue—a theme, a coaching challenge, or an unfinished question. The group listens, adds seasoning with open-ended reflections, and co-creates insight together.  Each person leaves with fresh takeaways to carry back into practice.  Alternatively, we may take brief dives into ICF competencies, emerging practices, or insights from guest mentors.
