As coaches, we continuously collaborate with our clients to achieve meaningful and sustainable change. In this webinar, based upon his new book "The Science of Change," acclaimed author and social psychologist Richard Boyatzis explores the five phases of Intentional Change Theory (ICT) and how the model can help support lasting change. The ICT model starts with a vision of an ideal self, and it posits that the ideal self and a shared vision are key drivers of change. To demonstrate the theory in practice, Boyatzis draws upon examples of change achieved at the individual, one-on-one, team, organization, community, and country levels.

Richard E. Boyatzis is a Distinguished University Professor of Organizational Behavior, Psychology, and Cognitive Science at Case Western Reserve University. Author of the best-selling book, "Primal Leadership," with Daniel Goleman and Annie McKee, and of "Helping People Change," with Melvin Smith and Ellen Van Oosten, his research has examined leadership topics that include emotional intelligence, coaching, neuroscience, and management education
