Dr. Barbara Williamson, PCC, and Dale Beaman, PCC, will inspire you to harness these profound insights, applying them to foster excellence in your coaching. Together, we'll embrace the wisdom of nature, share transformative experiences, and focus on key ICF competencies to ignite your personal and professional growth.

 To make the most of this experience wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a light jacket, a beach chair, a journal, and an open mind.  Please arrive by 9:00 AM 

*Forest therapy begins with allowing your senses to experience mindfulness of your true nature. This is not a nature hike but a slow walk in the woods moving at the pace of nature.
