Let's start the year off with the collective power of coaches in supporting each other in bringing goals to life. We will meet at the park from 11 am - 1 pm. Bring a blanket or chair and a picnic for yourself. We will start with some catching-up, followed by a discussion of FAST goals in support of each other's personal goals. We will continue on with our conversations as we support holistic wellness with a walk in the park. Please, dress in shoes appropriate for trail walking and the weather. Bring plenty of water, too.
