Dale Beaman and Linda Plummer, executive coaches, will facilitate a dynamic process for setting goals and intentions for a prosperous 2017. We’ll start with looking back at 2016 to uncover your best learnings that you can use as a compass to guide your success in 2017. This fast-paced session will help you gain clarity and focus on what is most important in getting the results you want for your business while also staying true to your health and wellbeing. You will leave with a vision and plan that has you invigorated and ready to commit to action. Enjoy the power of camaraderie and collaboration with your peers in creating your best year ever!

Your Program Facilitators

Linda Plummer has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, specializing in workshop design and facilitation and coaching. She has also managed sales and call center operations with AT&T. Founder of Plummer & Associates, she has consulted with a wide range of organizations including: Medtronic, Deutsche Bank, J&J Vision Care and the Early Learning Coalition of Duval.
Linda graduated from Georgia State’s Executive MBA program, has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State, and national certification as a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional.
She was awarded HR Professional of the Year by the SHRM JX chapter in 2011 and Trainer of the Year by ATD in 2007.

Dale Beaman, executive coach, consultant, and transformational facilitator, serves as a catalyst to help leaders and organizations create positive change and transformation. She specializes in leadership development and partnering with clients dealing with difficult transitions to find their best path for growth and success.
Dale has over 25 years of business and leadership experience in health care organizations and in her own consulting business, Beaman Coaching & Company, LLC. She has led teams in strategic planning, creating new products and services and advancing organizational change.
She holds a Master’s in Public Health and has earned the International Coach Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. She is dedicated guiding leaders in navigating values, connecting to purpose and creating vision that unleashes their potential and creates healthy work cultures.
